Six jobs on the table, each one quoted by Steve first.

The service department works out of the Newburgh showroom on Route 300. Nothing here has a list price, because a seven-foot table on a clean floor is a different job from a nine-footer down a basement stair. Steve looks at the table, then gives you a number.

Recoveries

All the old felt comes off, the whole table is examined with every fitting tightened, and the table is re-leveled under a new cloth in the color you choose, with a choice of spill guard. Tired bumpers are quoted as their own job.

Moving

Room to room or town to town. The table comes down, travels, and goes back up level, usually in one day or on a schedule that suits you.

How a move goes

The shorter tickets: a table you already own, a table that has to wait, a table that has to go

Used table installations
A table you bought somewhere else gets the same setup: the slate assembled, the felt re-installed, the whole table leveled. If it needs new felt or new bumpers, that is added to the quote.
On site storage
A climate controlled storage facility at the shop, for as long as the table needs to wait out a renovation or a closing date. Steve sets it back up when the room is ready.
Removal and disposal
A table you are finished with can be taken out of the house and disposed of. Call Steve for a quote.

One thing the shop doesn’t do: buy used tables. Where their market value sits, it doesn’t make sense.

It will set up one you have bought and take away one you are done with. For felt, start with the quote form or browse the colors; for anything else, call Steve at (845) 597-5532.
