Recoveries
All the old felt off, every fitting checked and tightened, the table re-leveled, and a new cloth in the color you pick, with a choice of spill guard.

A showroom in Meadow Hill Plaza on Route 300, and the owner still doing the installs and recoveries himself.

Owner and service technician
Steve has owned the business since 2010, after more than ten years working for Tom and Donna Curtin, learning the trade from the bottom up. He is still in every part of it, so don't be surprised when it's Steve at your door doing the recovery or the installation.
The service department works on tables the shop sold last month and tables a family has played on for twenty years. Every job is quoted first; nothing on this list has a price until Steve has seen the table.

Felt
All the old felt off, every fitting checked and tightened, the table re-leveled, and a new cloth in the color you pick, with a choice of spill guard.

Moves
Room to room or town to town. The table comes apart, travels, and goes back together level, usually in one day or on the day that suits you.

Setup
The table installed, the slate assembled and its seams sealed, the felt laid and the whole thing leveled before anyone breaks.

Setup
Bought a table secondhand? Same setup, with the felt re-installed and leveled. New felt or bumpers are an added charge only if the table needs them.

Storage
Renovating, moving, or not ready for it yet: the table goes into the shop's climate controlled storage for as long as it needs to stay.

Removal
A table that has had its last game comes down and goes out of the house. Call Steve and he will quote it.

“The tables are as level as the horizon.”
Slate only, no pressboard. A table that is a hair off will roll every slow shot toward the low corner, which is why the last thing Steve does on every install and recovery is level it.
Recovery felts
Every recovery starts with a choice of cloth and a choice of spill guard. Standard tournament greens, the blues, and the colors people pick to match a room: camel, burgundy, mahogany, pewter, gold.
Screens shift color, so these swatches are close rather than exact. The real cloth is at the showroom.

Before you buy
A cue needs room to come back. These are the shop's minimum room sizes for each table, by the length of cue you will actually play with.
| Table | 48 inch cue | 52 inch cue | 58 inch cue |
|---|---|---|---|
| 7-foot table | 11'6" x 14'6" | 12' x 15' | 13' x 16' |
| 8-foot table | 12' x 15'6" | 12'6" x 16' | 13'6" x 17' |
| 8-foot oversized | 12'6" x 16'6" | 12'6" x 16' | 13'6" x 17'6" |
| 9-foot table | 12'6" x 16'6" | 13' x 17' | 14' x 18' |
Tight on space? Ask Steve about a shorter cue before you settle for a smaller table. The room size guide has the table sizes too.
